Tigh an Eilean is a wonderful cottage that has everything you need and more. It gives you stunning views overlooking Loch Carron and has Scotland’s natural beauty on the door step.

The cottage is a superb base for exploring the Highlands, either on foot, or by cycle, kayak or car. The area is rich in heritage, scenery and wildlife with roe deer, pine martins, oyster catchers, otters, herons, and sea eagles. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars!

Comfortable house

The house has three bedrooms and can generously accommodate five (maximum six) people. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds (together they offer another double bed), while the third bedroom is a small single. The sleeper chair in the lounge downstairs offers a fine option for a sixth guest.

With three living areas, a large kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower unit), the cottage offers a great accommodation for your holiday. You will probably find the sun room irresistible, with its superb and ever-changing views on the Loch and distant mountains. But also the dining room – practically located next to the spacious kitchen – as well as the lounge has its view on the Loch.
